Epic Citrix Web
- On any PC with Internet access, go to https://citrixweb.epic.lsuhealthsystem.org
- Log into Citrix Web using their Master UserID and Password
- Click on the PLY icon
- Log into PLY using a Model UserID and password
To access Epic Hyperspace Production from your computer, open your Internet Explorer web browser and visit the following URL:
https://citrixweb.epic.lsuhealthsystem.org
Utilize your LSUMC-MASTER userid and password to login to Citrix. This is the same userid and password that you use to login to email. Once logged in, you can launch the Hyperspace Prod icon and login to the EHR system using your LSUMC-MASTER userid and password.
If you receive an error message while attempting to launch Hyperspace Prod, please utilize the
troubleshooting steps here.
